Operation Warm is a national nonprofit that manufactures brand new high quality coats for children in need. These coats will be distributed to all of our elementary schools.

West Seaford Elementary School was named a NAESPA 2022 School of Recognition and Blades Elementary School has been named a NAESPA 2022 Continued School of Excellence! The National Association of ESEA State Program Administrators (NAESPA), formerly the National Title I Association, has been selecting examples of superior, federally funded school programs for national recognition through the National ESEA Distinguished Schools program (formerly the National Title I Distinguished Schools program) since 1996.

The 2022 National ESEA Distinguished Schools will be honored February 1-4, 2023, at the 2023 National ESEA Conference in Indianapolis, Indiana.

On Monday, October 17, 2022 at the Seaford School District (SSD) regular monthly meeting, the SSD Board of Education voted on and approved the hiring of two constables for the District.

Due to credible intelligence from law enforcement that was shared with the Laurel School District earlier today, out of an abundance of caution, the decision has been made by the Laurel School District to close tonight's game to the general public.

The annual SSD School Choice meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 25 at 6:00PM in the SSD District Office.
