Non Credible Social Media Threat

We are aware of rumors circulating on various social media platforms regarding potential violence in schools, both locally and nationally. After working closely with law enforcement, we have been informed that these threats are not credible. However, we are continuing to take every precaution to ensure the safety of our students.

We will send an email to all student households with this same information. We chose not to send a midday all-call, as it can be disruptive and may cause unnecessary confusion in a non-emergent situation. If we receive any more information, I will certainly follow up via a telephone message.
